This course ends this week with its final two sessions on Tuesday and Friday.  As the Covid-19 lockdowns are being lifted almost everywhere, we will resume our free online sessions at the end of this week.  Please take care about yourselves and find time to feel better, be productive, mentally stronger and healthier by applying the techniques you have learnt over the past ten weeks.  To Take-a-Break with us is one way to take care about yourself.

Our last "Take-a-Break with Anu" 20-minutes FREE energy-boosting fun session, will take place this Tuesday (June 2nd) and Friday (June 5th):

Teeme koos tegevusi, mis tõstavad toonust: lihtsad venitused, suhtlemis- ja rütmiharjutused aktiveerivad keha, ajavad naerma ja aitavad lõdvestuda.
See on Pure Magic kui lihtne on pärast süveneda, olles vahepeal midagi lõbusat teinud.
