TAKE A BREAK sessions are meant to be taking TIME FOR OURSELVES. By taking a break for a short while, we allow our body, mind and soul to feel better, become more productive, mentally stronger and healthier.
To go faster, we firstly need to slow down.

Simple stretches, active communication and easy movements will make you smile, release stress and tensions, and finally help you to better focus on your tasks ahead. Just take it easy, remain active with your body and your mind and enjoy some fun!  Simply live the Pure Magic! 

 

Anu Tähemaa in collaboration with her assistants, designed specific online classes, webinars and online live events for adults as well as for children at the beginning of the COVID-19 lock-down in March 2020. In her sessions, Anu is using Performing Arts as a tool, to help participants to boost their creativity, energy, happiness, and well-being, which is the foundation to become better leaders, better teachers and therefore better individuals of our society.

We are currently in progress to create additional webinars for educators, where Anu and Eva will talk about their goals, discoveries from past and the impact it will have in future.
